I still haven’t purchased it because I am not sure how long i would enjoy making levels and when I play Mario I like playing the well thought out levels like we have grown up with. I directed voiceover and mocap, and designed/wrote 3 million-selling games. And I can say from experience that voiceover work is the easiest, cushiest gig in all of video games. It requires little prep, the conditions are luxurious, and the pay is great.

Better conditions, sure. I’m all for it. Especially for mo-cap actors. But performance bonuses? Sorry, but fuck that.

Hey you’re not grey anymore. Totally agree with you. I was going through a really bad depression 2 months ago and reached out on sns and it wasn’t grey. Worse, I poured my heart out and it disappeared from the thread all together.

No one’s going to see this since I’m in the grays, but it sucks that so many SNS posts are grey. It’s not very “social,” and there are so many “gray people” posting who need help and advice. :(
