From what I understand, this was suposed to be something of a high-class ride, where people drank fancy wine and enjoy a leisurely train ride. It was the equivilent of a fancy resturaunt experience, and I can sympathize with the people who bought tickets expecting that only to have to put up with a bunch of loud drunk…

They can’t, and they’re not going to win this. If they’re lucky, the wine train will pay them off just to avoid the bad press/court fees, which is probably what they’re aiming for.

Who cares how healthy it is. It makes the pizza less greasy, which in turn makes it less disgusting. If you find it rude that I’m bolting the grease off your pizza, maybe use less of it?

The same could be said of almost all reviews. Any major site attached their score to a long article, and often a short summery, explaining it. How is your system any different?

The nice thing about a numeric score is that it lets you set your own line in the sand for what is or isn’t good. You can decide you’re not picky and that you might enjoy a game that the guys at PC Invasion found lacking. I think the idea is that the fetus is innocent, while the criminal is guilty. I’m not pro-life, but saying you can’t be just because you believe in capital punishment always struck me as silly.

Yeah, that sometimes happens. It has to do with how much evidence we have, who confesses to what and who turns on their partner. I’d prefer they both fry for it, but one out of two isn’t bad.
