I’m not aware of any that sync with iTunes or via desktop. If you want to go the paid route though, I’ve also used Downcast pretty extensively (only recently switched to Overcast). It lets you set parameters for downloading episodes (wifi only, at a specific location, etc.) Also has a good mix of global settings and

The stock podcasts app is garbage. Try Overcast - it used to be paid but recently went completely free. It does exactly what you’re looking for, along with a bunch of other cool things.

Once you give something away, it's not physically possible for you to give it away again. What dimension is MS in that they would need to clarify that you can't simultaneously give one physical object to more than one person unless they're saying that the games themselves can't be given more than once?

It clearly says "each game can only be given once". That statement does not mention any limits to who is doing the giving, it simply says a game can only be given once.
