I think a lot of what you said about Kamara is true, but it could have also came down to them choosing between FH and him and they chose Federico.

I can’t disagree. Kei was an awesome goal scorer but the only real play in our offensive repertoire was a Finley cross and Kei with the header. This season’s lackluster start is making me think that planning for the next transfer window and draft is ideal.

Because the top scorer doesn’t necessarily mean best spot kick taker. For example, Kei Kamara is mostly known as a target man and someone who does a lot of scoring off of headers and volleys from crosses. That doesn’t mean he’s the best spot kicker on the team.
