A white Ohioan from Cleveland or Toledo will sound completely different than a white Ohioan from southeast Ohio. Northern Ohio sounds like Michigan, southeast Ohio sounds like Kentucky or West Virginia. Just a couple hours’ drive makes a huge difference.

Looking at those pics, which I assume the owner wanted shown as the best representation of damages, there doesn’t appear to be $2,000 worth of damages let alone $20,000. Smells like a cash grab by a sleazy landlord to me.
