Drawing fouls and flopping while biting aren't the same thing. Guys draw fouls in basketball and draw flags in football, soccer isn't different. Flopping is not respected, but refs are maybe more easily fooled in soccer, bigger field and less help.

And today Liverpool gets totally benched. The Liverpool squad didn't work, Suarez was unfortunately not in the England squad. If attackers were the problem, Wilshere would have been a good solution, as he knows how to attack.
