I feel like it takes wrestling fans a long time to give up on things. I’ve felt this way about Brock every time he has been in the ring since dropping the belt to Rollins. He comes in, does far too many suplexes, and then shrugs off his opponent’s offense on his way to hitting the F5. Despite that, I’ve heard so many

I didn’t expect to get one, given that I failed to procure a preorder from any retailer anywhere, but I was pretty bummed when what seemed like a sure-fire opportunity blew up in my face.

Best Buy was supposed to line people up at 7 A.M. and give as many people in line tickets to purchase a system at 10. I am a

Like I said in my post, it is fine if you like the game. I can understand preferring Melee, especially if you were a certain age when it first leapt onto the scene.

I don’t think the dislike is as simple as you think it is.

I hate to come off as contrarian and/or naive, but do we have anything other than anecdotal evidence to support the notion that review bombs overtly damage a game? I don’t at all agree with the practice, but for all of the focus it receives here I have yet to see any data presented showing how damaging this can be.

I remember when the Wii first came out and I felt obligated to play it while standing. I couldn’t play Twilight Princess for more than an hour at a time because my feet would get so tired of standing in one place, but I thought I had to in order to get the full experience. All of the advertising showed people standing

Every few months, it seems, I hear somebody bemoan the Gamecube era. Looking at this list, I can’t imagine why. I can’t think of many systems with such a diverse lineup of games, nor can I think of a system that subverted expectations so regularly with its tried-and-true cornerstone franchises. A Mario game...about
