I'd absolutely agree. Next phone I get, I'll have to figure out how to get the current reference device on AT&T (it's a work thing). They finally, finally, *finally* released the ICS update today (better part of a year later) for my Galaxy S2 Skyrocket, and I assume I'll never see a Jelly Bean release.

It's way beyond "years and millions of dollars" for the F-22's and F-35's. They're multi-billion dollar boondoggles. $67 Billion on f-22's, introduced in 2005, that we still don't use. We even cancelled and revived that program once.

Agreed. Though I've worked at placed that would prefer I do it the other way... for billable hours. :(

There's an interesting thing about that adjusted $74k in 1994 vs the $51k today, and whether or not $51k is a comfortable living. Research shows that the plateau in salary for correlation with happiness is... wait for it... $75,000. Less than that and you're probably stressing money, where more money gets you

My guess is they've figured out that 70 degrees, on a uniform bench height, makes it the right angle for very few people. That way it doesn't look like someone just shoved the display all the way back, but you still have to "adjust it just for you". They know what they're doing.

I'm not sure that's true. I see plenty of cursing in professional writing.

I would say, "it isn't". But then, not a lot is shot for projection in an omnimax theater either.

I was thinking the more traditional TNG hypospray. :)

Doesn't work in 7.

It's still Linode, for most purposes. This question should probably be broken down to platform, though.

For me it usually comes out as both. "I don't know. I'll find out." The big upside to being able to say "I don't know" without any shame is, when I say otherwise, everyone knows it's legit and is entirely comfortable making decisions with it. It's a trust thing. You're no good to anyone that can't depend on your

I like dealextreme for some stuff... though even now I'm going on 8 or 9 weeks waiting for my last order.

Yeah I just buy the components I need and keep an ftdi breakout around to program them with. I've found I just don't need the usb-ttl on every project and have never used a shield... so I can throw them together for next to nothing.

In either case, it was/is unlikely that you're missing much of anything. MySpace was a cesspool. Facebook puts you too close to the inane, day-to-day ramblings of people you don't actually care about. If the few people you care about are on G+, you're in a good spot. ;)

What's "MySpace"?

From what I understand, mosquitoes will find their targets by following carbon dioxide trails, upwind, feed, then drift downwind after gorging. I think that's why those co2 traps work the way they do. Maybe when you screw up that trail of exhalation with carbon monoxide and all the other wacky crap, they just don't

OH, and when they released new storage pricing with this they killed off all their old pricing (of which I am a customer). So where we used to get 20GB for $5/year, now it's 25GB for $2.50/mo... and they removed all the old plans. So their storage pricing is 6x's as much as it was yesterday. I feel really bad for

Here's some fun ones. So I changed the "share everything" to just one folder. It removed all the files from the machine except for three folders and one erroneous file. The folders were empty. So with sync for those folders now off, I deleted the empty folders from my machine. Sure enough, it deleted those

For all the pretty photography, it looks terrible. But I guess as long as he's happy... whatevs.

Good question. I'm going to start asking for tax receipts.
