Difference between a great horror movie and a great Halloween movie.

And hardly the worst. Sadly, it seems to go with the territory with most horror and fantasy film sites.

What do you like best in general? There have been some great Lovecraftian movies made since 2000, so if you're in the mood for that how about Marebito, Dead Shadows, Uzumaki, AM1200, Yellowbrick Road, Pontypool, End of the Line, Europa Report, the signal and maybe John Dies at the End as a silly nightcap.
