There is a HUGE difference in a 757 and a little A320 engines. While both are ETOPS  (Engines Turn Or People Swim, not really) rated, the Airbus is only good for 180 minutes, vs the 757's almost 9.5 hours. Also the 757's engines produce almost twice the thrust a PW1000 puts out.....
