Ohhhhhhh. I disagree with respect. The U version of Super Mario Bros. (New) is a lot better than the previous version on the Wii and the DS. The reviewers tend to have that same feeling, at least based on what I've read. The mapping part, like Super Mario Bros. 3 had was/is great etc.

Well fuck you - look at what you got started. :)

I would love to have a PC with Steam, glad to see that you're spoiled (not an insult).

How would you like me to do that research? The most popular games of that generation were on that platform: Golden Eye 007, Perfect Dark, Resident Evil.

I love these articles that literally lower my confidence in Kotaku readers, based on the ultra generic and half wit comments that they receive.

Yes, because Nintendo is the only company that does this, right?

I love people like yourself, that tell a company like Nintendo to stop selling hardware and to just publish games. Their last console (Wii), was the best selling of this last generation, and their N3DS is not only selling like hotcakes, but just broke Japan's record for the best selling console of all time (home and

Launching without something as solid and accessible as Wii Sports...

So is that why every gaming console does the same? I take it was haven't been paying attention to the PS Vita launch, or remember the PS3 launch? And I own both of those systems.

You don't know what the hell you're talking about, or you just love to use hyperbole to prove your point. Nintendo has been excellent —- incredible, with AAA 3rd party games up until the Wii.

Putting off some games to ensure they are solid, just like Rockstar did with Red Dead Redemption, doesn't really bother me. I would have been disappointed if they had canceled any of these games, like Wonderful 101, which I'm really, really excited for.

Wow. I'm amazed that New Super Mario Bros. U was disappointing (for you). Not only did it obtain wonderful reviews from Game Informer, IGN, Kotaku and the like, it has been discussed by many of those reviewers and players, how it is arguably the best 2D Mario game to ever have been released, putting it up on the

How could you not? Someone needs to catch up on their reading!

I live in Kansas City, and yes, KC and St. Louis - even Johnson County in Kansas, are more progressive. But man, southern MO and the rural areas can be just as bad as Mississippi.

Yeah. You're probably right. Maybe I'm just used to living in Kansas for so long, I am too touchy, opposed to those who live in more progressive states like Washington. Here, we still have some forms of racism/especially homophobia, so people like myself, tend to therefore be too sensitive, to make up for those whom

http://youtu.be/ Owen - have you seen this? It's almost better and more entertaining than your story (no insult intended to my favorite video game writer!).

That's why it's great. Thus, the overwhelming posts below!

He called someone an idiot - then didn't even spell the man's name correctly. If you can't comprehend how ironic and hilarious that is, so be it.

Maybe some Tank 7 from Boulevard Brewing Company (Kansas City/my favorite beer), or even closer to Seattle, some Red Hook!

Oh, don't get me wrong. I completely acknowledge and respect your opinion. In fact, I'm falling in love with you... :)
