You have a very unique understanding of “Original Classification Authority.”

I’m sure this will get approved any minute now. :)

You deny that the settlement fund is being given to liberal activist groups? I can link to any number of other sources detailing the money given to those groups. It’s a fact, not an “opinion” that you can dismiss based on not liking the source.

Hmmm...my first reply seems to be missing. Anywho...at the very least it makes sense to abolish the Slush Fund that CFPB uses to direct all the settlement money to liberal activist groups. If the Federal Government is going to fine illegal behavior, that money should go into the General Fund.

Yes, Elizabeth Warren was instead a mouthpiece for the Insurance Industry seeking to avoid paying asbestos judgements.

As do government regulators who routinely (especially from the CFPB) parley their government job into highly lucrative “compliance” positions with the Banks. http://dailycaller.com/2016/05/17/rev…

At the very least the fines should go into the Treasury’s general fund (lower the deficit a bit), rather than be directed into an unaccountable slush fund used to pay off liberal interest groups. http://www.investors.com/politics/edito…

Just wait till you realize magic isn’t real. :)

You are making my point. The fallacy lies in those that continually hype the actual (often disputed and unclear) research on what the impact will be.

Currently. I see an investment opportunity.

The Redskins also may have had some suspicion about the whole bounty shitstorm that was to come.

Assuming you do that on highways or higher speed back roads, you are less safe than those who ‘drive with the flow of traffic’.

The sky is falling folks were most decidedly not predicting warming in the 70s. The coming catastrophe was another ice age. I spent 4 years of High School Debate (insert laughs here) quoting all the “experts” making those predictions - because the key to High School Cross-X debate was arguing that whatever the plan

Unless the weather is hot.

The story I heard was he hadn’t cleared it with Gibbs.

Those temperature ‘records’ are just for the relatively short period when humans have actually been keeping temperature records. There is a lot of human history where there are no such records (although there has been efforts to extrapolate temperatures from other things such as tree rings). And there is even more

This is funny. I made a substantive comment - regardless of whether you agree. You responded with the “halfwit” insult and now talk about ‘growing up.’
