hi, I am trying to find a usb touchscreen monitor from anywhere 9"-11.6" anybody see any online, it needs to be touchscreen.

are the ribbon cables on the back of lcd's different for all computers (companies?)? is it possible to take a dead laptops screen, and then splice the wires onto some sort of vga connector?

this would be good for people uncomfortable with the idea of a tv primarily consisting of menus, although search and stuff in boxee has come a long way with simplicity, some people (not me) think that its weird, you can't really beat simplicity of turning on a tv and it just doing what it does best, tv

the problem I get is that although it seems most computer problems are easy, I always get really weird ones where this kind of info wouldn't really help

the courier is still in the pipeline right? That, is what the world wants. If you can penetrate the student market with the need to take notes and read on seperate screens in one device, or research on the internet and take notes, then you have a huge market

I would love for verizon to do this with the droid that would be great, and then I would assume that vz would have much less, even with many more customers
