How would someone go upon actually proving they had an item in their that was “stolen”. For example; A customer brings in their Chevy Cavalier for an oil change, after the service is completed the customer claims they had a Macbook in their vehicle and its now missing, accusing the shop of theft.

I’d ad one of the M3’s the same website is selling, low miles e46 m3 for 32k. I get its clean and all but thats way to much. You can get a E90 m3 for the same price.

That’s ridiculous, whats next? Are people going to start suing mechanics when they pop their tire, or develop an oil leak.
