Easiest simple solution: disconnect any game using virtual room camera tech from sharing. the end. (because how many games worth sharing footage of this are there really going to be anyway?)

the rumors state there will be no backwards compat, and built-in used-game blocking. if true, i will never invest in another Sony console.
With used-game-blocking tech in place, no backwards compatibility for my extensive and expensive PS3 library, I Will Not Be Investing in the new Sony console. Again, Sony shoots themselves in the foot, not knowing or caring what their loyal customerbase want.

I can watch it on my HTPC (xbmc), my PS3 (eventually), or my Note II (on Sprint, no data caps!) on the go. I'm set all season. :-)
