Well..i am pretty sure Manhattan would be hit with a couple of warheads. The new ICBM’s that Russia has, have the capacity to carry 8-12 warheads depending on the yield of each one. So..... i see Manhattan, and the surrounding rest of the state being peppered with warheads.....
