Sadly there’s pretty much nothing we can do to get rid of him. Removal requires a functional and ethical Congress, which we haven’t had in...well, maybe ever. And I’m not holding out hope for 2020 either, because as stupid and crazy and terrible as he is Trump does enjoy one massive advantage in that his opponents are

No one should want to replace him. If he is out, Pence is in. Pence is both competent and an extremist on many fronts. It’s better to have Trump in there doing nothing.

The fact that Pence is so adamant about the rules makes me think that it’s a mix of paternalism and him having cheated at some point.

Watching the GIF, I had one reaction.

Legally the motorcycle is at fault. Those in front have the right of way, always. The Harley rear ended the car, when the car check the blind spot the bike wasn’t there and he merged. Now whether or not the car had a right to merge into the HOV lane, I’ve seen 1 person occupied cars use the HOV lane for passing, is a

Yeah, I’m just gonna point out that the biker was %100 at fault here. Everybody involved screwed up, and like you said, we hope he’s OK after this...but it’s pretty plain to see that the biker was driving way too fast for what he was doing.

The biker was operating well outside the guidelines for lane splitting. Merely being legal doesn’t make it a good idea. This is why the guidelines exist. The laws of physics care not a whit for the law of the land. Tell St. Peter how it was the other guy’s fault.

First let me say that I am a motorcyclist with 33 years road bike experience, and many more off-road. From the video, the motorcycle was traveling at a much higher rate of speed than the surrounding vehicles. As he was passing the camera vehicle and threading the needle, or lane splitting, you can easily see the speed

Isn’t the guy in the car that filmed all this at fault, too? He left his lane and went onto the shoulder. Shoulders aren’t there for people to move onto to be nice to people on motorcycles. This created a space that the lane changer wouldn’t have expected to appear, through which the motorcyclist passed through at

So Lincoln took down the tree, not Washington.

Everyone whose been on the 101 to 405 interchange during rush hour learns to hate these types of people. Stop a whole lane and force their way into the merging lane.

Good article. Even the most obtuse Trump supporter should be able to rationalize that Russia didn’t seek to influence this election in order to ensure that the strongest candidate won. They wanted (and got) the naive, exploitable guy.

The sooner people realize McCarthy is in the top 5 of the funniest people who ever lived ever the better off we’ll all be.

The problem is that the rest of us can’t take another bus. We are all stuck on the same ride together.

Coming out of the M3, you will be completely blown away by the power and torque. I don’t believe it is too dangerous of a car *if* you leave the traction control on. It will bite like a 70s 911 turbo if the esp is off though.

Correct. You can run a 275/35-r18 on the factory rear wheels, and a 245/40-r18 on the factory fronts without issue. We do this with pilot super sports, and its the best thing we did to the car.

You could take out some of the negative camber, but you would sacrifice performance. you could also run a harder compound tire. For what its worth, we were able to fit a 275 michelin PSS out there, and it was the best thing we did for the car. They run about $240/tire + install for the rears at Discount tire.

I feel like this is the problem, though. I do all those things. Mirrors, signal, then oh shit here’s a dude coming 45 through 5mph stop and go traffic that I couldn’t see when I initially checked my mirrors. But according to the law, I am responsible if I hit that guy. And in today’s litigious state of society, a
