Virginia and Maryland just started issuing Real ID-compliant IDs this year. In Virginia, you don’t need to get Real ID unless you need it to fly, while in Maryland they forced residents to go to DMV to get their driver’s licenses updated.
On the local news everytime we have heavy rain & flooding, they say “turn around don’t drown”. It’s not worth risking your life.
We shouldn’t have to pay more or buy the higher trim to get better headlights. Maybe the law should require all cars have good LED headlights. This is a big problem as many cars tested by IIHS have poor headlights
Maybe the government should require all automakers to have the same bright light standard, so that we shouldn’t have to pay extra for it. On the 2020 Corolla, the LED headlights are rated margin/average. To get the advanced lighting package you have to buy the higher trims XLE/XSE.
There appears to be room to put it next to the camera. On the 2018 Corolla, it is in the center.
Heys top focusing on Apple iOS all the time. What about android? There are several graphing calculator apps for Android. The high school I used to go uses the Desmos Graphing Calculator app which is on Android, not just iOS. Back when I was in school in the 1990s, some students had TI-83 Graphing Calculators
Those apps are computer generated, not done by a human. This is why they may be wrong or not updated
Hey, what about Android auto? You mention Apple CarPlay but not Android. You cannot assume everyone uses Apple
Obliviously, people don’t check for updates regularly in the Windows Update app in the Control Panel. This is why Microsoft made updates mandatory in Windows 10. Windows 7 does not automatically download/install updates the way Windows 10 does
Push to Start is optional on Toyota cars. On the Toyota Yaris (really a Mazda2) it is standard
It is easier to get refunded on a credit card then a debt card. This is why big purchases are better done on a credit card.
Another way Mazda has shamed Toyota is by offering Apple CarPlay and Android Auto upgrade to 2014-2018 models. Toyota has not offered an update and the new models still don’t have Android Auto. They have only added Apple CarPlay to new models
That is a shame the US doesn’t get it. GM and Ford don’t offer minivans in the USA, leaving Chrysler the only domestic automaker that makes a minivan in the USA
The German automakers such as BMW cover their engines with plastic.
Police should not assume the person is reaching for a weapon and start shooting just because he is black.
I’ve seen several times where people are driving with just their daytime lights on or haven’t turned their lights on when it’s getting dark or not quite daylight. All cars should have automatic headlights where they automatically come on when it detects darkness. On the Toyota Corolla, it is standard with automatic…
Toyota created their own system called EnTunes but have refused to support Android Auto and Apple CarPlay until now. Last year they introduced EnTune 3.0 which will support it. They have yet to install an Android Auto. The problem is that most 2017-2019 vehicles still have the outdated Entunes 2.0 that doesn’t support…
It has one feature that the Toyota Corolla still doesn’t have - Android Auto
It’s a sub compact car. What do you expect? It’s not as big as the Corolla who’s 1.8 liter engine has 139 horsepower.
