Maybe that wasn't his intent. But even so, there's a difference between, say, Wall Street villains and the people who made/marketed $120 plain white tees, or the movie Spring Breakers (which is a great movie, but obviously a trap set for party-go-lucky teenagers, who hated it).

In a way you can make an analytical case using STMD as a pivot-point for his character.

A generally "bad" episode of Community is still better than a generally "good" episode of another sitcom.

A-, great moments throughout, great acting. The show is really coming into its groove as far as these previous reviews hoped.

Yeah Parks is killing them softly on the satire/metaphor front, and have been for a while. I think they've been able to surpass South Park at it.
