+1 tan Ciera.

You’re going the wrong way!

I am from Wisconsin and can tell you that this Packer bar/basement exists in every one of my Uncle’s homes -- sans underage girls, of course.

It is a great track. The others are wrong.

Now playing

I’m in the minority but that track is in a three way tie with the Waitresses (Xmas Wrapping) and George Michael (Last Xma) for my favorites. Plus -- De La Soul used the sample from Wonderful Christmastime:

My friend Mario gets two sets of credit card offers from the usual suspects - one in english and one en espanol. Guess which one offers better rates?

That comment above kinda sucked. I have lived in NYC for 17 years and I am sick of this fucking place. Would love to be somewhere more low key.

I gotta say - camo jacket/cowboy hat guy OWNS that look. You know how much of a jackass I would look like in that getup? The light blue jeans, overly bent cowboy hat -- you either got it or you don’t.

Ok, so if they can’t sell you the $700 bottle of shit champagne -- what’s the money maker/scam?

I was thinking more “ChristMMAs Elf”

Skeet U Mah.

Greatest? Meh, sounds more like fourteenth.

What if the groom was into pixie haircuts and ultimatum-ed the bride/bridesmaids?  “Ladies, time to get your Demi Moore on, or the wedding is off.”

Is that a “how to defend the quick slant” conversation or a “for this we thank you” diatribe?

Actually yes. Most deli sandwiches are crap/overrated, and the ratio of toppings to meat is always far too skewed towards meat. The counter guys are trying to do the right thing, but I really do not need a three inch thick layer of honey turkey. Not every place in New York is Katz Deli.

Had not thought of this approach, but you are absolutely correct.

This was my first thought on the article as well. It depends on skin and hair color. I am (fastly) going gray and bald — my black glasses help offset that along with a beard to balance the cue ball effect. The clear glasses with his situation (and mine) just serve to washout this guy even more.

It’s like I just watched Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy in comment form.

It’s the Gauloises reference that really sells it. You can almost see the black plastic ash tray, the plume of smoke lingering in the air, a man in natty suit with thick framed glasses, and a fresh haircut.
