Gameinformer just gave A Link Between Worlds a 10/10! So far so good!

Now playing

Game: The Legend of Zelda -Twilight Princess

I really disagree, Dead Rising always felt far to unpolished to really feel like a next gen experience, yes they could fit a crap ton of Zombies on screen at one time but outside of that you had some pretty clunky controls, terrible music, an uninteresting protagonist, one of the worst save systems in gaming history,

Wii games were simply a refinement? I can agree with the traditional console, mostly being refinements, but Wii was certainly all about new experiences. At least when it was at its best. I felt like there were more games like this on Wii (things you simply couldn't do before, or like Dead Rising, ways you couldn't do

*facepalm*

Electric type attacks aren't very effective against pikachu...duh!

Lol. A lot of the quotes seem a bit suspicious.

"There needs to be one in every household. It's packed with dreams."

Me too. I played Red Steel to the point where I was getting nothing but headshots in quick succession. Once you got used to it, FPS controls really made sense on the Wii.

As someone who rarely plays shooters and if/when I do it is on PC, I have to say I loved playing them on the Wiimote + numbchuck. Pointing at my TV just felt right.. the only time I felt that motion controls were a needed thing.

It took me months to get used to it, but honestly, I'm way better at shooters with a wii remote than I ever was with a normal controller, and that is even taking into account the fact that I played nothing but shooters online for 5 years on my old PS2. I tell people this all the time and they think I'm insane until

I think Metroid Prime 3 is the exception to the rule here. The game didn't live up to the other Metroid Prime games in terms of narrative or atmosphere, but it's a WAY better shooter than either of the Gamecube games. This is a great game that was best when it was using motion - the grapple beam was probably the

I still had a ton of fun with quite a few motion controlled games. Zack & Wiki, Trauma Team, obviously Skyward Sword, Excitebots, hell I've still got my 9999 points online in Mario Kart Wii only from using the wheel. Stuff like that was just great.

Nintendo's always had a great sense of humor.
