Insurance in Ontario on an offroad bike is crazy expensive. I got a quote on insurance for a KTM 690 and a BMW 1200GS and the GS was cheaper. Not a big part of why I got a GS, but why I stopped looking at Dual Sports that much. I wish they made more sense to get.
