If I bought this, which I would, it would be exactly that - 3 priceless months in the garage over the winter and a nice toy/flip in the spring.  There’s FAR worse ways and projects than this.

This is a bad take. Government can’t function that way. It requires some basic level of good faith and respect for the process. While the Republican efforts here are absolutely fucking deplorable, if I were a Democrat in N.C. right now, I would be livid at my representatives.
