I don’t think that’s a real rear door - look at how badly it fits along the rear edge of the window and at the roofline. Looks almost like a bad photoshop job (although I’m assuming that the pic is undoctored). I’m betting it’s a two-door RR that they’re keeping under wraps in advance of a big announcement

If you look at the “exploded parts” pic, you see that the external “wheels” are wheel covers that fit closely into the ovoid fairings that fill the wheel arches, and that the actual wheels and tires are fully internal, and presumably have sufficient space under the fenders.

Cue knuckle-draggers posting videos of burning her (their!) CDs in protest, a la The Dixie Chicks. The conservative goons are nothing if not predictable.
