Yeah we have the Comp Orange one with the European package and the recaro seats. The gearing is amazing, something too many manufacturers' seem to ignore. But yes it also sucks to get smoked by family sedans and pickup trucks, but when the world turns twisty it is right there with the real sports cars.

Fiat 124 sedan, like a datsun 510 but more italian. Great handling, fun car with little power.

Gotta agree on that one! Still have our 2004 Comp orange....oh wait you have a picture of it right here!

The goggles they do nothing!

I agree with all the other comments, this is just vapor ware really. I recall that the pikes peak car that Ari Vatanen drove to a record up Pikes Peak had a tiny 1.6l 4 turbo'd to something in the realm of 400hp or whatever. All the intakes had to be turnbuckled at three points because it kept blowing them off for

I saw a shoe go by. Good thing he was wearing a sweatshirt otherwise he might have been injured even more!

Colani could make some cool looking cars. Not a lot of testarossa's tuners made anything that looked anything more than a highly modified testarossa but colani really "stretched" the car to look really unique. In his own way.

One of the Bugatti Royale family for out on the town and highway cruising.

I think it should be noted that Dark Stars writer was none other than Dan O'Bannon who would go on to write Alien which I think added more the scifi genre than almost everything else on this list. While Dark Star was obviously in jest, Spaceballs meets Red Dwarf, his writing prowess could definitely be seen in Alien

How small do I need to be to qualify? Seems like a lot of compensation is going on here.

Yes this, studio executives would do well to head the mantra "Dinosaurs, time travel, rebels and armies means no family drama, teenage angst or love triangles" Just stick with the stuff that isn't on every other TV show.

At least it wasn't in Australia, woulda been all sorts of testosterone filled punching!

how come in all the clips I saw during the olympics it is 10 years later and everyone still has stylish American Apparel t-shirts?

Good point! Although as someone that once almost bought a 510 and regrets it every day that he didn't I really was excited to see some proper apex clipping. These cars are so beautiful I just want to imagine running them through the twisties.

When do they actually drive these gorgeous datsun somewhere I would care about? The back lot outside their shop isn't really that inspiring. I want to see these rolling up curvy mountain road, brapping along. That would be relevant to my interests.

Locally we have had one architect try shipping containers as a building medium and he had an insane amount of bureaucratic fiddling, difficulty with the codes and review department and serious hate from the local community. As an Architect I love the result, although once you factor in the time spent pushing a

Seriously a Ford GT and a visit to McDonald's and Super Cheap Discount? I don't buy it.

If you haven't read it the "White Plague" by Frank Herbert is similar in vein with an accidental or not so accidental virus wiping out the female population of the world and the struggle to retain any females so life can go on. Some good planning ideas for any pandemic in it. Similar I guess to PD James Children of

Ouch. That hurt me...a lot.

As my wife and I watched this episode she commented that maybe this was the one where Nick's partner actually solved the case or did police work or something but alas whereas he might have figured out the who and why it was done and been the reason that the ogre was rampaging anyway we saw that Nick was in fact the
