Big American land barges of the 70’s used to have terriffic ball-chilling capabilities; most of them had vents below the steering column or under the dash that all seemed to aim at your crotch and had very powerful A/C.

Nothing like some chilled testes.

It wasn’t the designer’s fault, the car was ready, then the CEO at the time decided he wanted more headroom in the back, and he is over 1,90m tall.

I can’t really figure out what the purpose of them shifting inwards accomplishes? Obviously, extended they’re more aerodynamic, but why make them change?

I agree. I love concept cars, but none of the cool stuff seems to ever make it on the showroom floor. It seems to me like they build this radical stuff to draw attention at the shows with no intention of ever really producing it for real. Hat eating is so 1980’s. I’ll eat my shoes after you eat your hat!
