The NGV honda is a good choice, being that no one has “modified” it. That being scare quotes for ruined it by swapping out the engine, lowering it, neon, tons of gauges, subwoofer large enough for Metallica to use as a PA or fart can exhaust. You simply cannot find a honda in a major city that someone hasn’t done…
the 95 Aero is nice, the v70-R from the 90's is a true beast.
There’s weird things missing, like the season opener when hamster came back from the crash
Douche Canoe almost kills self and others while being a douche canoe
KBB for this car? 3K , with all this crap on it and the amount of work needed to put it back to normal? 2K max Crackticus Pipeus
I thought “steelwheels” looked familiar, that’s Draco , talk about a labor of love
I have one word for a car like that, ruined - I wouldn’t pay that money for an unmolested version of the car, I wouldn’t pay it for a ruined version either - CP
Owned saab and volvos, the volvos tend to ride better with better seats, while the saab s are sportier with better power delivery. My current dd is a 98 V70 and the garage project is a 97 saab 900 convertible (non turbo) the volvo is much easier to work on, but parts are easier for the ng900 because Saturn’s…
if unmolested, maybe? but as is? staying away CP
As long as you aren’t an idiot, the 95 trip should be the easiest one
It’s not the go, it’s the whoa. Upgrade the brakes, loose the boy racer suspension, or just buy a toe vehicle that designed to do the job. F150 is more than enough and there are millions of them out there
Was going to say the same thing, you can find lower mileage, better optioned with functional heat for the same price or less. About the only plus is the smog cert, which means it’ll pass anywhere.
spot on pricing for a Saab of this age, condition and equipment, NP... for the Jalop - long roof and 5 spd FTW
The old GalacticWaterCooler Podcast crew said it best.... Big dramatic opening scene, people dying all around, the Enterprise NX-01 is in danger! Fade to Black, “it’s been a looooonnnggggg road....” total energy killer
was referring to the wear and tear parts, with less that 40K of them manufactured in the 2 year run, but it is the Zeta platform, and there are several domestics that used it, but yeah most likely a severe accident is going to total the vehicle https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GM_Zeta_p…
possibly less, since the top kitchen and stove package with sink adds significant weight to the already overburdened air cooled engine
Friend of mine’s father insisted for that she buy cars with manual transmissions and taught her how to drive them very well. His reasoning? you have better car control, you are more in tune with car while going down the road AND (most importantly) most of her BF’s couldn’t drive stick , but if one did, she would never…
Saabs and Volvos to name two, also known as the follow me lights or the scare the hell out of the tailgater lights
most of the car was also on other models in GM-Land , so there’s very few “aussie” specific parts, sort of like mid 90 Saabs sharing brakes and other suspension bits with Saturns of the same vintage, the LS1/2 lump up front is pretty much the most parts available engine ever
