the hackers short nick name was longer than the password.
light is faster over distance. copper is fast enough for small things. but if we could switch from copper to light-completely based cpu's and all, we could clock them higher, as they traverse at around 1.5x the speed of electricity trough copper.
sadly, yes. it's the irony of leds. lightbulps create MUCH more heat, but in form of infrared light, spreading into the room. leds create their heat at the led-chip, and that heats up locally very much. so while they're much more efficient, the heat has to be handled like on a cpu.
indeed. i love the i5 and bigger because of the overclocking. first i got an ssd, and it was, like, amazing. then i got an i5, and the overclocking + ssd together, they make the most snappy and well balanced system ever.
i look at it as mhz * cores. a current i7 with 6 cores @ what? 3ghz? can be like 18ghz or so.
yep. they wrapped it into their alluminum or what ever.
everything is potentially cancer if it might have something invisible. that's just common sense of general public today. not that it's true, or proven, in any way. but EVERYTHING creates cancer. so do clowns, obviously.
for me, the effect only happens when it's big. but then, moving around over the text lets everything move.
no, hp has brushed aluminium since quite a while. they're called elitebooks. ultrabooks are the new standard from intel for thin'n'light laptops, macbook air style (which where, too, an intel invention, not an apple invention)
It's very useful for those who use this for collective data sharing, say from events we where at, etc. now this can be proberly put where it belongs. or why should we all had a great party at monday, tuesday, etc, while it was at saturday?
Indeed. But we might get used to this over time. Of course, we need updates on all the fb apps, too.
sam just paniked. and as such posts get very popular, he did not delete it again (means editing something after it happened. guess what?). clicks for gizmodo, hate-posts everywhere against facebook (because people don't care if some news is true or not), win-win for everyone.
which is how it works. date added is still there.
yes. it's the timeline view, and it will come to you, too. i'm in the beta of it since quite a while.
lets see if i can register as jesus and set the year to 0000.
well, reading the original topic, which would believe your post, there was quite some chance for people to not getting your joke.
well, tested:
you can still see the original posting date.
Should be a bug. It makes sense to post new stuff into the timeline (tried and tested that, works). Moving stuff from others should not work. Own stuff, that makes sense. I might have posted schoolphotos and want to move them to the right place in the timeline, now.
