@joelfregia: if you just did not went to irak, you'd have your trains by now... :)
@luckycharms: actually, it downloads into the local temp folder, and then uploads again. so it doesn't save you any bandwidth. i still use it quite often.
@Horusz: indeed, some nice ideas, but the ui is really ugly. just like about any default android, it has no style, no consistency.
getting an ssd is cheaper than buying a new laptop. it gains you more freshness and performance than getting a new laptop.
@process91: indeed. i always use the incognito mode as guest mode.
@TheFu: happily, the millions like you will die out over time. the ribbon is a great change, that fixes tons of usability issues that the menu system had.
space balls!!
i never write since over 10 years. i always type. when ever i start writing to "collect ideas", i'm at a pc within 5 minutes as it's so non-productive, non-efficient.

@TheFu: +1
@EvanSei badass M.D. wants to be a photographer: have a powermat on the desk where you put your phone when you go to sleep == no need to wire it up each night. you don't use it while asleep, right?
@Tom_Servo: okay. my email: davepermen+tom_servo@gmail.com (the +tom_servo is to check it's from you, not to be funny)
@BrknPheonix: sure, but if it's for the unregular quick webaccess where you would have been lucky and browsed an unsecure network, then it's no problem. i use my web-over-phone access like that. a 2gb plan is enough for quite much browsing and youtube videos and such, then. just not for the "lets log on and stay…
@Platypus Man: well, company internal, we have different systems, but all use/can use the same passwords, so that's no biggy. for the rest, there are password managers.
@c to: no, we melt
