@spline9: it was small enough for you to overread it.. :)

@Asian Angel: haha, yeah, it's awesome. sure helps a lot of people to understand how to use notepad :)
@Accordion: indeed. seen similar setups, the perspective effect is terribly low. that's why i do my photos with actually bigger distances than my eyes: to exaggerate. it helps to perceive the 3d effect better, while the brain tries to counter-work as it's not really correct 3d (no parallax effect while head or eyes…
@Posco Grubb: indeed. but it does capture it's transparency. which allows for very pretty application shots. normally, i've done those with printscreen or snipper over a white wallpaper (for docus).
place 5 around it to get panoramic recordings, then stabilize the rotation out of it. then it would be absolutely awesome (esp when projected on a 360° wall surrounding you)
@wjglenn: indeed.. it's those little things :)
@nowayout: it doesn't perserve the effect. it does perserve the effect PLUS all that is behind (wallpaper, other windows, etc..)
For those that don't 'get it', I set up a simple example page "How to use Notepad", to show a simple use case: Nice clean looking tutorials (both for Print, and for the Web)
@mike_311: I put up a simple example here:
@mike_311: because it's great if you write documentations.
sorry, but at those small distances between the two "eyes", the perspective effect will be very close to none. these pictures will not look good at all.
@blehbleh13: yeah some are good, only some aren't.
@Pessimippopotamus: well, one thing you're wrong in: the tesla being too obscure to get the public interested. i so far see very much interest in it, and many people who always ditched EV of all kind like it. the "high end luxury market" is exactly the market we need EV's in, so people get used to EV being luxury, not…
@blehbleh13: they're just bad photoshops. the perspective of the different views doesn't fit on most of the pictures.. the idea is great, but even just mapping them correctly onto the 3 helmet positions was too much as i see..
@MacAttack: haha forget that one. that train is loooong gone..
@jedivulcan: I'm one of those who can't wait for the Daft Punk soundtrack.
@m_9: sony's taglines are terrible. "it's not a game" after an ad for a ... game? .. well, yeah.. great. i try to sell my music by now with "it's not music", too..
@talkingstove: apple is more "Accept what's next". being what's next would mean adapt to it. apple forces the future they think is right.
@The_Moose: well, america has to start thinking small, too, then. each state can try to put it's resources (water, wind, etc) to it's own best uses. overproduction can be exported to other states, underproduction solved with nuclear (which is very near to clean energy, at least compared to coil and oil).
