@MakinBacon: I have, but I'd forgotten about them at that moment. Besides, Timecop is pretty good...

@necgray: I'm pretty sure io9 has posted plenty of well-done and entertaining US tributes to Doctor Who over the years and, while this is one that highlights how a particular brand of US moviemaker could arse it up completely, it doesn't mean everything shown here shows that.

Now playing

My god this has a horrible voice-over, but the documentary itself is a great watch and actually explains Everett's theories at a level I - and indeed any idiot - can grasp.

@Belabras: It's ok - it passes half an hour ago.

@0kami: Well, before last season's finale, that might have been the case. Unfortunately, all the Timelords are now dead. =r not. Or they are but they can come back. Or... oh forget it.

I never realised how much like Kermit the Frog Conan can sound...

@bonniegrrl: That's what the scene of the tower blocks crumbling into the ocean reminded me of exactly.

@Graviton1066: Best to avoid any references to Newton, Kepler, Copernicus and Darwin, I'm afraid - wouldn't want to exploit the mentally ill.

@Graviton1066: Oh dear, you really don't like us Brits, do you?

@Graviton1066: You must really be full of self-loathing when you go to an art gallery. Many of the great artists are not renowned for their balanced temperament and stable personalities.

The weird thing is, even with all the break-beats, lasers and headlight glasses, this is still closer to the BBC Radiophonics Workshop and Delia Derbyshire's version of the theme tune.

@hemlock_martini: BaggerMcGuirk was making an even more obscure but absolutely ace comment based on yours:

@strideo: You could also argue that large portions of 28 Days Later are lifted from Day of the Triffids - especially the opening scenes of a deserted London and the loopy military survivors whose moral compass is spinning frantically.

Image #1 convinced me this film will look as great as it sounds, but #6 just made me think of Lionel Richie videos...

@Timeshredder: Hey come on, man - we've all been there. Haven't we?

Bloody hell. Page three of the comments and I feel physically sick.

@Crowbot: I don't know. Do one in 4 Irish men admit to having raped a woman?

@WookieLifeDay: Mate, I have no problem with you at all, but hell, the people who have a problem with this are almost totally, completely wrong on all counts.

@Jack B. Quick (jbq): If I hadn't hearted you already, this thread would have made me. Cheers.
