Oil - even the cheapest oil that is API certified today is better than the stuff from 10-15 years ago. Actually this applies to most fluids.. Brake, PS, Washer, etc...

Bulbs - you don’t need those super expensive Long Life or hyper white tail light bulbs.

Gas

Airbags.

Plugs and wires. If your car doesn’t call for triple platinum-coated bare breasted 8 prong plugs and adamantium wires you don’t need to buy them. Standard plugs and wires will be just fine.

They said there’s 120 parking spots available. At $100 a month for parking, which has to be very reasonable in the bay area, that’s $12k a month. Sounds pretty good to me.
