I work in freight, I know the costs to ship a vehicle from where the manufacturing plant is to my area. Even if I take out the dealer prep. costs, it is nowhere near the cost of freight. It’s a scam and it always has been.

I don’t care what the details are on the dealers end. I’ve worked out what I expect to pay beforehand and if you need to add more, you lose the sale.
Recently I walked into a Honda dealer. I researched a 4 door Civic Touring online beforehand and saw the price was within my budget per month. So, being serious about the car, I asked the sales dude more questions about the car, figuring price didn’t really need to be discussed. Then I said, well, I know it’s X $ …

CP, as much as I want to give it a NP, that shoddy front end collision repair makes me wonder how bad it is underneath.
Right, but then you’ll be driving a Chevy.
Not much has changed in over 40 years.
Pickle Riiiiiiiiiick!!!!!
Not to judge, but I know a few ladies that would still swipe right.
Clearly, it was part time work.
They were definitely allowed to drink on the job.
