Perhaps Ferrari will do as they did with Miami Vice and give them two free cars. The Ferrari Daytonas used were replicas based on Corvettes, and Ferrari gave then two Testarossa's on the condition that they destroyed the replica Daytonas. Although a Testarossa bodied DeTomas Pantera was still used as a stunt car.

I have seen many that are too small. Even in gigantic 120" stretch Excursions. My uncle has 2 and my cousin has 2 also. 3 of them would be very hard to fit though
My family all run Limo companies, my dad included at one point. you have the 2 normal rear doors and that is all. If the fire was there and they were further forward towards the partition with the driver they could likely have been trapped as it would be very hard to fit though most modern partitions when opened
