The best possible reform for the NYPD is just to make sure damages for their illegal actions come out of their own budget/pensions. Not much incentive to improve if there’s no professional consequence for officers and all the money comes from taxpayers.

That’s a pretty good way do some permanent damage to your neighbourhood children.

The correlation between daily fantasy advertisements and Kristin Cavallari posts is uncanny!

This statement is so fucking ridiculous.

I call this entire ensemble the “What would happen if Rodney Dangerfield and a bloated, possibly mumps-infected Andrew McCarthy reproduced a fully grown man?” look.

The cynic side of me wonders if the NYPD would be so quick to act if this same thing happened to a non-famous, non-wealthy POC.

It’s probably also worth mentioning that the Kraft Group is a major investor in DraftKings.

The NFL (and the other pro leagues) also fought tooth and nail to prevent New Jersey from legalizing sports betting. If I were a betting man, I’d trust the casinos, which are state-regulated, to run an honest game more than I’d trust daily fantasy companies, which are not.

Who is responsible for this masterpiece of a graphic?

Congressman #1: “There’s this great game I’m involved in where the players put down some money, and if you pick the right guys who perform for you, you can win back your investment, like, a thousand times over! Millions! Except if you want to win the big bucks, you need to deposit a lot of money. And everyone seems to

Great, like we need another endless week of Manziel and some talking heads.

Losing a hardcore character sucks! But it happens. Roll a new one and better luck next time!
