Yeah, like you said; people in cities would take public transportation. In cities parking can be very difficult, and cars are expensive in those areas because of tolls, parking fees, and insurance is much higher too. Also, illegal parking can often get you towed. It’s not worth it.

America will continue to lead the world in green tech with or without the agreement. In fact, with the money saved from pulling out we can further advance our tech that will eventually be exported. This is far more beneficial to the world than simply giving money to developing countries.
