A 1080 pc is not very expensive to build. A 900p pc would cost less than a Switch with all peripherals.

Licenses are given away like candy. I don’t see driving a car on the constitution yet cars kill people ten fold compared to guns but are way less controlled. Must have something to do with money. Registration cost, tax, insurance, all has big bucks going to the government.
