how come you didn't report the toxicology report, but on how many drinks she said she had... why has deadspin been ignoring that whole science thing lately

I guess the officer deemed Brown going after the weapon more than simple assault.

those were federal cases.... but still extremely low for state

i have been to Coeur d'Alene in Idaho though

that is between you and the other witnesses who testified i guess

Tom, thanks for sharing. The 538 article was great.

i thought McCulloch did a thorough job of presenting all evidence... "25 days over three months and heard more than 70 hours of testimony from about 60 witnesses" ...... what else did you want to see. Wait Mcculloch is a "bad guy" too because his relatives are cops, i forgot.

not brown's character his actions that day... he doesnt rob a convenience store wilson never gets called. The toxicology report doesn't show drugs, maybe he acts in a different manner. Brown didn't surrender and was still trying to attack Wilson is why the number of shots fired was high (from eye witnesses)

Leyland's Lungs - that is very good statement. The whole confrontation was over in 90 seconds, so sometimes a split-second decision that a cop makes when fearing for his safety could be rash.

Tom: Can you say why you think Wilson should be indicted? Like lay out points x, y, and z. If you think his testimony and the grand jury report is bullshit, say so. If you think he is a white supremacist pig that just rolled up on him and shot him for no reason say so...

I am not sure what is police protocol because I am not a policeman, but the reason why he wasn't charged was because of Missouri law with the justifiable use of force and the precedent used in Missouri Supreme Court that an unarmed assailant can threaten a life of an officer.

Is that why it went to a grand jury?

Facts: reinhardton, it does and doesn't. Wilson would have never been called to the area if wouldn't have committed a crime. He never would have shot him if Brown didn't put his hands on his gun.
