Not *always*... yeah, they started out like this, but for a few decades at least, my lifetime, they’ve seemed to be an apolitical institution. And you know that in the case of a President Trump, they wouldn’t just do their normal FBI stuff - they would assist him in investigating and harassing his political enemies.

And with the FBI playing politics... it just feels like we’re on the precipice of the strong democracy we always took for granted falling apart at the seams.

I consider myself agnostic, but my Methodist upbringing is what taught me my values that I can’t even consider for a moment voting for Trump. (Just like Hillary!) And I lived and went to Sunday school in the South for years!

You’re right, it’s embarrassing that we live in a country where we have a woman who is able and willing to be president that gets shit flung on her from every direction, and we don’t like her because she smells a little.
