Grimm turned out to be a lot better show than I thought it was going to be when I first started watching it. Biggest surprise — Hank lived. During the first season I thought he was a gonner. I mean a horror setting with a Black guy who is the hero's partner? It's a trope and one they thankfully didn't follow.

So is this Drop Dead Fred the series?

I saw Sorbo and Hatcher's names in the credits and when they hadn't shown up by the midpoint I figured it was one of those "appears in the last scene to set up next episodes" bits and I was right.
