It is there, that's why it scans all the header files (and can take a while to do on large projects). It's the autocompletion that pops up as you type giving variables it considers you are most likely to need, class names and automagically changes what you type to proper case if needed.

We've got Amtrak *rolls eyes*

What version of Visual Studio do you have? 2010 is absolutely amazing in every single way you can possibly imagine. Not only that but you will truly fall in love with IntelliSense. I at first thought I'd hate it beyond all imaginability for some reason, but it really is like Visual Studio knows what I'm thinking. .NET

Or using the sound of a dial up modem, that would be awesome.

+1, I thought I was crazy and everyone thought I was insane when I said I could "feel" when a battery is dead or if it is still good... Glad to know I'm not the only one...

*is so happy that I'm not the only one that has that*

I don't know, and even if it didn't is MFT really that much of an issue with fragmentation? The MFT is an incredibly small area on any storage medium so I don't particularly see why fragmentation would be an issue.

It was a reply, replies are never commented in the votes themselves. Microsoft has been really improving Windows a lot ever since they got Vista out (there were some remarkable non-user changes for the better) and 7 really drove it home with all the amazingness they have pushed out.

What about volunteer population control? There was this absolutely brilliant idea I saw in a 90s scifi called "sliders" that involved traveling to different universes. The main plot of the show is about a lottery, that always gives you money (with higher amounts obviously increasing chances of card being called). The

That would require hospitals to stop saving all darwin-award candidates...

Windows does as well by default... Many people choose to not use it... [dl.dropbox.com]

That does actually sound pretty neat, hadn't played with Windows 8 VM that much but sounds like something I'd really love...

Skip and cancel are all at the bottom as well as the "do this for all conflicts" checkbox. Windows gives you all of the options all at once in a decent looking dialog with plenty of information to make a decision about what to do. Macs implementation is useless and annoying that you have to press a key to get even the

You mean you have to hold down a button for that on a Mac? And they say Macs are easier... Windows has more options in a pretty dialog by default...

Because you can. If I had the absolutely insane amount of money that he had I would too...

Even more reason to have population control put into place. The most obvious one that I can think of is a "license to reproduce," failing this test and you aren't ever allowed to have children. This would get rid of stupidity in the world while controlling the population! Who's with me?

100s come to mind in that case. I always get weird looks when people see me using 1980s $100 bills... (that the banks give me x.x)

While we're at it, can we get rid of the penny too? It costs the government nearly 2¢ to put a penny into circulation.
