I've kinda noticed that as well... It's the younger kids who just got their first cell phone and think it is so cool that they can do that now. I'm quite glad full keyboard phones came out and killed that off as quick as it did, a few more years without them and I can see it have possibly ended up being permanent.

A call comes off as "I need an answer now" regardless if you are busy or not. A text or email comes off as "I need an answer sometime in the near future"

Something tells me those faster by a hair results are due to the writer's Windows 7 machine having been used and not in a clean state.

This is like the 6th time in two months Lifehacker has mentioned this... Does no one check to see if its already been done?

Actually, no, it is probably already possible. PCB's are already made entirely by robots, all they need is a materials feed. A 3D printer can make all of the non electronic parts and then a robot can put them all together.

Well it will eventually be that way... Personally I think robots doing things like that is better than humans doing so. Especially if they are able to do so faster and less likely to mess up.

I've also been stating this for years... but w/e...

Gizmodo why u steal my comment.

Compared to 95, yes it was.

That looks... Incredibly painful... (ribs also look messed up)

Nature is getting tired of Japan's non conformity.

Well, either way I strongly dislike Metro AND the clunky new "desktop" UI. There are just so many things wrong with how it was designed its crazy. (Especially since they feel such a strong desire to ribbonize everything, Ribbon is great for certain things (it did make Office look cleaner) but putting it everywhere is

Not what I'm complaining about, the "desktop" UI looks entirely wrong. The start menu especially is what irks me.

But the Metro interface in Windows 8 is amazing.

In that case it'd be easier and cheaper to just using a photo printing service...
