Which is why I always say "It's better to be a pessimist and proven wrong then to be an optimist and always let down"

Better to be safe then sorry, I'd rather throw out a few dollar jug of milk then spend the next several hours/days puking my guts out.

Then use MRE's, granted without the heater part but they do last plenty long as well...

Two words: Freeze Dried, that stuff lasts for forever and a day. Freeze dried food was used in the military before MRE's because of how ridiculously long it lasted, granted the soldiers hated eating it because it doesn't taste to great but it can and would last until they get to mars and back.

I always liked sites that had a "custom" option for security questions. I loved putting in "What is the answer to this question?" or "Careful, I'm watching you." just to screw with people attempting to reset the password

Great, now there will be even more <blink>, ah it's the 90s all over again. Is there going to be an AdoCities now too?

That would have everything to do with system load then, if the system is under little to no load it would be able to do so quickly and in an unnoticeable way. Under heavy load especially over I/O it would of course cause a stutter/slowdown.

I only experience stutter if system is under heavy load, and that is a Flash issue not a Firefox one.

If I launch Firefox 5 within 1 minute of the desktop appearing, it takes about 15 seconds to display, and if I try to use it, there's a good chance of it freezing for up to 2 minutes. No idea what the system is doing at the time.

To all the whiny people complaining about Firefox

The worst app thing should've been a warning at least, especially considering it was taken down after that. His parent's calling a lawyer? They'd have no case. Their kid acted like an idiot and Gizmodo exploited that (just like the millions of videos/articles/anything on the internet of people doing stupid things).

I disagree with what Casey did was wrong. Given the fact that he more then likely went out of his way to try and stop him and explain the situation only to have him continue to spam him as well as the people he works with. To me this is a fully warranted response to his actions to humiliate him on the internet as it

He's 15. He's damn near almost an adult, he should be behaving much better then how he has and what I posted is common sense (or should I say uncommon sense as I see so many idiots that don't seem to have it anymore)

To everyone defending this little brat I bet you never worked in a position that Casey is in.

Plus, since the cable company can't trap the digital signals without cutting off my modem

Example:

Back in the 2004 hurricanes in Florida when the government gave out cases of MRE's they honestly weren't that bad... Granted they have an absolutely astronomical amount of salt in them they weren't terrible.

Why the hate on Dropbox? When it first started to exist I remember very clearly Gizmodo raving about how awesome Dropbox was. The Dropbox web interface is fantastic, it's dead simple to get going and easy to get a crapton of space. (I currently have 11gb and still qualified for 9 more gb from referrals). When I
