My two issues with the new consoles:

Do they really need it on Stadia though?

Laura Bailey is not the model reference for Abby, she did the voice and much of the motion capture. Jocelyn Mettler was the one they modeled the character look after

They said the PS+ Collection will be available at launch

Sort of, but also they make more profit from games now than they did before--for example digital game sales are growing every day and they make a lot more profit from digital sales since they cost the same as physical sales yet cut out stores like Gamestop. They get a bigger cut of the profits that way, not to mention

I guess they have no problem with WB’s Monsterverse for Godzilla movies

Still feel it’s a mistake to have a lower-end console, look at what’s going on with Halo Infinite, the issues with performance are due to them having to support the Xbox One, so now when it comes to the new console instead of getting everything out of it they have to design it for a weaker machine. It isn’t a simple

Xbox is still not really that compelling for me—I know not everyone has a PC for gaming but for me there’s just no reason to get an Xbox when even the exclusives will all be coming out on PC as well. Even then, the lineup of Xbox exclusives is not that great. There’s just a lot more exclusives for Playstation that I

I’ve watched some gameplay of it, and it’s just not particularly interesting, I’m not sure what the selling point of it is supposed to be, it’s really the most generic MMO you can think of without any standout features.

I’ve worked on all of those areas, and no, their job is not to go all around the parking lot to pick up carts, it’s simply to make sure there’s enough carts available inside for new customers. It’s also not their only job, for me it wasn’t even my primary job.

Why is the assumption that just because a big company wants something that it must be a bad thing?

I liked Halo 4, I think they did a great job with that one. But 5 was not great, and while I don’t know that much about Infinite, I think they’re a bit at a disadvantage due to having to support Xbox One, that’s really the reason the graphics don’t look that impressive.

I think we’re going to come to a point where the government is going to step in on this. Apple’s app store is really nebulous and unfair.

This is a bad layout—the most important thing should be new articles, and it’s not particularly clear where those are, it’s nice to have the most popular articles visible somewhere but it is taking over the page. It’s especially bad on mobile, where you don’t see any new articles until you scroll way down the page.

I wonder why they had to capture so many permutations of movements--maybe they just used some as reference so that when they created some of the dynamic blended movements they had something to try to target.

I don’t see how any movie is going to do all that well in theaters, unless they just decide to wait until like a year after the pandemic has passed.

Strongly disagree. The story strikes me that Niel Druckmann didn’t really have a plan to do a second game and so went with a plot that was the most obvious plot he could go with and then tried to pump it up with a bunch of extra dramatic things because that’s what people expect. It’s a massively overwrought game

That fan made one wasn’t really intended as a remake, it’s just more of a demo by a game developer.

Another problem with the encounter is that you don’t necessarily know what you’re supposed to do, which happens several times in the game. Sometimes you can get through something by just sneaking around and finding the exit to where you’re supposed to go, other times you can’t leave the area until you defeat

yeah, VR is basically a different game, since you’re limited in movement in VR it was redesigned so that it wouldn’t have to make you move past your physical space
