I have to say Dell surprised the hell out of me lately. From the 90's to around 2003 they were the best and started trailing off. Just last year, my daughter's laptop had problems and twice they sent a guy out to replace a screen and then later to replace the CD drive. Lickety split and no hassle! Surprised me!
