My first thought when I saw the original trailer was that it seemed like it would be a perfectly acceptable movie for parents and a perfect movie for kids. Also Jim Cary (take that however you will) and ugly Sonic. New Sonic is significantly cuter.

I’ve never played Persona and only played Fire Emblem. I feel confident that I can see that you don’t have to have played either series to enjoy this. The only thing you need is a good love of capital Anime. If you miss that, then you should skip this game.
