Looks like Orthy has locked down his twitter account. I'm going to assume it was public earlier due to the Follow option in the shots, but I don't use twitter so I don't know for sure. Say something dumb on the internet, and the internet says something back.

Good point. My college required you to jump through many hoops to get your console signed onto their network. Even after you got permission and passwords for logging into the network the consoles wouldn't be allowed on at peak traffic hours and were most certainly the first things to get throttled.

After looking at some of the other pics in the link provided by Alan I'd put my money on a Charteux. In picture Cat 3 you can see that its eyes are yellowish, which rules out Russian Blue as they always have green eyes if purebred. The ears are also more typical of a Charteux than a British Shorthair (another

Spot on. I was looking at my state and could instantly assign the red areas to metro/college towns. Arkansas - middle = Little Rock, to the left and up of LR= Conway, far left at state line middle way up - Fort Smith, bright red section at northwest = University of Arkansas.

You ever check out MegaMek? It isn't as pretty as Xcom, or even close, but is constantly getting features and graphic updates and almost 100% based on the battletech rulesets.

In the case you purchased the game as the whole, which makes that fine. Just pretend that you paid 10 bucks for the terran space marine unlock, then they nerfed it into the ground. Adding real money makes people a bit more touchy.

I think everyone hit on the major ways to start. I'll just once more suggest that you start by seeing if there is a game store in your area. The last decent town I lived in had a comic/game store that hosted the more serious war gaming types (Warhammer 40k), but they had a cork board filled with different groups

We've been looking at this the wrong way all along!?! +1 good sir

Holy crap, that does look great. I loved shadowrun back in the day and will keep this on my radar now.

I remember the days when the goto statement was the bees knees. Oh Q-basic, you never forget your first <3

Two random things about these delightful little buggers. The front wheels are closer together than the back wheels (this makes them turn sharper). In snow this means all four wheels must break their own path instead of two. The second fact is that they are only slightly heavier than a single cinder block :/ .

Thank god for people like those who are posting on this thread. You know, the people who make judgments based on their heart/feelings and ads that run on tv about pure meat dog foods versus those of a trained animal health professionals.

Well, it isn't a one size fits all that's for certain, but a good place to start at the very least. So many people comment that our (wife and I) dog is skinny and underfed etc etc. The sad part is that she is pretty much exactly at the healthy weight (5), its just that people are so use to seeing fat pets that don't

Heck, didn't that exact thing happen in the last world cup or one before. A defender used his hands to stop a wide open shot, and the free kick was missed. It basically won the game for them if I remember correctly. A real shame when something like that happens.

Right on. I always say try and keep the donation local, or on the smallest scale you can find. For example my wife (DVM) and I donate to the local animal shelter instead of a going with one of the large national charities that deal with animals (which are exactly the type of organizations you speak of). Even better

Yep, you got it right. Intentionally fouling a good player who just happening to be god awful at shooting free throws. It boggles my mind how this is legal, as there would appear to be a number of rules that it "could" be in violation of but no one seems to care. I personally hate it. I know the free throw is a

I assume this follows the same trend as normal purchases, such as songs on itunes. You only have to enter the password on the first song, then you can just one click buy stuff for a period of time. That feature you mentioned sounds like a great idea if you have other people using your devices.

Indeed. The same is happening in Kansas City. Tech companies are moving operations out there like bonkers. It's just a lot cheaper to run a company in that area than the coasts.

Yeah, the hand tossed doesn't get the pan oil, but the tray used to cook the hand tossed on gets a spray of "food release". Just as a quick note, and one that doesn't mean I don't eat the hand tossed now and then, but the "food release" also doubled as the "kill the flys during the summer" spray. Hit em with it and

Couldn't have said it better myself, +1
