I regularly in the left lane. Im typically going faster then most traffic, even if I'm not that's where I want to be. If I see you coming up on me then I'll move over. Unless it going to trap me behind traffic moving much slower. Then I'll move when I get a chance.

This sounds perfect for me. I read a ton on my phone and this seems like an ultra-portable larger screen that I dont really need to be worried about because its only $15. I wonder if I would be able to send news articles from the Pocket app. I plan on buying this when it becomes available.
