Kinda hilarious that the official fan game ended up being better than the game done by the actual Sonic Team (honestly, a lot of the recent Sonic stuff from Sega of America, and the American fanbase in general, has been better than Sega of Japan’s Sonic output).

Roem and Carter really represent the way forward for the Democratic party both in state races and on the national level.

I had the opportunity of talking with Ms. Roem at an event this past spring. She seems like a genuinely likeable person who wants to make a positive difference in the Commonwealth, and I am thrilled that she won.

This pleases me.

A LOT more than 2 victories. Already flipped 10 state seats as well. Several more still up in the air or with comfortable Democratic leads that haven’t been called yet. This was an absolute thrashing and if it holds ‘til 2018 it’s going to make the Tea Party flip look like tinker toys.

We all did. I’m almost reluctant to let myself feel optimism for a while, but fuck it, I really want to believe that things can and will get better.
