The d2 writers say it’s all folklore and it’s not to be trusted. But some of it can’t be. They want creative freedom to do what they want, so they changed it, which didn’t sit right with the community, extra so after those DLC.

It’s called lazy, the d2 writers shouldn’t be allowed to just change stuff they didn’t want to work around. Plus, all the DLC stuff shows their writers didn’t care to make interesting stuff, just new stuff that ignores lore.
